Delivery Times
UK – All orders from stock will be delivered next working day if received before 2.30pm. When goods are not in stock we will advise customers of the likely timescale – we expect most deliveries to made within 12 working days of an order being  received. Please email info@asapeurope.com if you require specific delivery requirements prior to placing your order. There will be circumstances when delivery time will be longer than 12 days - where goods have to be ordered from overseas for example. We will forward shipping details and your tracking number prior to shipping.

Europe - All orders from stock will be delivered within 4 working days if received before 2.30pm. When goods are not in stock we will advise customers of the likely timescale – we expect most deliveries to made within 12 working days of an order being  received. Please email info@asapeurope.com if you require specific delivery requirements prior to placing your order. There will be circumstances when delivery time will be longer than 12 days - where goods have to be ordered from overseas for example. We will send goods via UPS and email your tracking number prior to shipping.

Worldwide - All orders from stock will be delivered next working day if received before 2.30pm. When goods are not in stock we will advise customers of the likely timescale – we expect most deliveries to made within 12 working days of an order being  received. If items are not available within the stipulated 12 days period, we will notify you via email. We will only take payment if you agree to the longer delivery period.

For European and Worldwide deliveries a returns label will be supplied with the goods. If any item needs to be returned, we will organise a pick up via UPS and full collection details will be emailed. The return label can be used in this situation.

Assessing Equipment Prior To Purchase
We appreciate the highly complex business of choosing the best equipment for your projects. With this in mind, we try to make demonstration equipment available whenever possible for customer assessment before a purchase takes place. Regrettably this service cannot always be offered and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer  to purchase the correct products based on their own assessment. We will of course, accept seller responsibilities in the event of defective equipment within the life of the manufacturers’ warranty period.
